I would like to make a little spoof music video of the song “telephone” by lady gaga, and I want my video to have special affects, and I want it on my webcam. FOR FREE. Please Help.

Set the webcam software to record. Stand in front of the webcam and sing, dance, whatever. Edit the movie.
