What is the name of this movie?

It starts out with two young boys sitting on the couch watching tv and sees a nerdy kid playing across the street.So they prank call his mother and sounding like someone else tells her something about her son that makes her so mad she goes outside screaming and yelling and drags him back into the house.
Then it shows the same two kids all grown up still in front of the television and doing prank phone calls drinking beer and eating pizza.
I think it was called the Jerky Boys or something like that .
I really want to see this movie again so any help will be much appreciated!
I went to Blockbuster and tried “Jerky Boys” there and nothing.Even went to Columbia House DVD rental and tried it there and they said “No movies match your search”.So where can I find this movie I know it’s called the Jerky boys so how can I buy it?
