Does voice changer diamond work with ventrilo?

If so, how do you get them to both work. Does it matter if you use a usb type microphone or one with 2 plug ins? Are there any other programs that will also change your voice for ventrilo and you know for a fact it works?
the program is from audio4fun.com by the way. It is called AV voice changer diamond edition.
